Please join us for a wine & cheese reception before practice at the Rhapsody
Ballroom.
Competition Packets

Doors open for ballroom practice/ package pickup

Opening Ceremony
9:00 a.m.
American Rhythm
events followed by Awards
10.30 p.m.
International Standard
events followed by Awards
12:45 p.m.
Break for lunch.
(Bring your own, or there are many restaurants close by.)
1:30 p.m.
International Latin events followed by awards
2:30 p.m.
American Smooth events followed by Awards
5:30 p.m.
Closing get together to wind down,
relax after a hard days work, and take the opportunity to visit and talk about the
day's
events with your fellow competitors.
We will provide
snacks and beverages (wine and soda).
We will also do honors dances
if there are any takers.
6:30 p.m.
Ballroom Closes
